My Decision Tracker is operated by Imagine Oaland, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway. We sell digital products to help people make clearer career decisions.

What Information We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to deliver your purchase and provide support:
- Name and email address — provided when you complete a purchase, used to deliver your product and respond to support requests.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Quiz responses — collected anonymously via Tally. We do not link quiz answers to your identity.
- Basic usage data — standard analytics (page visits, referring source) via any analytics tools on our site. No personal identifiers are attached.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for the following purposes:
- Delivering the digital product(s) you purchased
- Sending your receipt and any order-related communications
- Responding to support or refund requests
- Improving our products based on aggregated, anonymised feedback
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited data only with the third-party services required to operate our business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Tally — quiz platform. Responses are collected under Tally's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — product hosting. Governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- One.com — email hosting for hello@mydecisiontracker.com.
All third-party processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Data Retention
We retain your name and email address for as long as necessary to provide support for your purchase, or as required by applicable tax and accounting obligations (typically 5 years in Norway).
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mydecisiontracker.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Product files are hosted on secure platforms (Netlify, Google Drive). We do not store payment card data ourselves.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about a specific interaction, please contact us.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and Norwegian law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority) at datatilsynet.no
